Het recht op een fatsoenlijke woning, uitgevaardigd in artikel 23 van de Belgische grondwet, moet dankzij de Code een concrete realiteit worden voor alle Brusselse huurders.<\/p>\n<p>De Brusselse Huisvestingscode steunt op een reeks formaliteiten die vervuld moeten worden om de veiligheid, gezondheid en het uitrustingsniveau van te huur aangeboden woningen te laten controleren. Dit moet ook aanzetten tot de renovatie van woningen waarvan de kwaliteit niet voldoet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9d4bc6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e9d4bc6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Een volledige hervorming (2013)<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6843784 special-list-icons elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6843784\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Op 11 juli 2013 keurde het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Parlement een ordonnantie goed tot wijziging van de Brusselse <span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">Huisvesting<\/span><span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">s<\/span><span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">code<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>De ordonnantie is gericht op een volledige hervorming <span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">van<\/span> de bestaande tekst <span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">van<\/span> de Brusselse <span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">Huisvesting<\/span><span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">s<\/span><span class=\"highlightedSearchTerm\">code<\/span> die op 17 juli 2003 werd aangenomen.
