een gerechtelijke procedure waarbij een rechter de eigenaar het bevel zou kunnen geven om een einde te maken aan de leegstand van zijn woning<\/strong>.<\/p><p>De voorzitter van de rechtbank van eerste aanleg doet uitspraak als in kort geding en kan, op verzoek van de administratieve overheden of van een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejustice.just.fgov.be\/eli\/ordonnantie\/2003\/07\/17\/2013A31614\/justel#Art.134\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vereniging erkend door de Regering<\/a>, bevelen dat de houder van een zakelijk recht of, in het geval een woning het voorwerp heeft uitgemaakt van een <a href=\"https:\/\/huisvesting.brussels\/openbaar-beheersrecht\/\">openbaar beheersrecht<\/a>, de betrokken openbare beheerder gepaste maatregelen neemt om ervoor te zorgen dat de woning binnen een redelijke termijn wordt bewoond.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div met name de <strong>vordering tot staking<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Brussel Huisvesting krijgt ook de mogelijkheid een bevel tot stopzetting uit te
