Eenmaal per jaar, op de algemene vergadering, bespreekt en beslist u met de andere mede-eigenaars wat er moet gebeuren voor het welzijn van het hele gebouw. Op deze vergadering staat de financi\u00eble situatie van de vereniging van mede-eigenaars op de agenda.<\/p><p>De datum van de vergadering en de organisatiemodaliteiten (oproepbrieven, aantal dagen tussen de verzending van de oproepbrief en de datum van de Algemene vergadering) zijn vastgelegd in de <strong>statuten<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Elke beslissing die op de Algemene vergadering genomen wordt, wordt door de syndicus in een <strong>proces-verbaal<\/strong> (<strong>PV)<\/strong> genoteerd. Een mede-eigenaar kan dat register altijd gratis raadplegen.<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\" \/>Bovendien kunnen de statuten bepalen dat een kopie van het proces-verbaal van de algemene vergadering aan iedere mede-eigenaar moet worden bezorgd.<\/p><p>De <strong>syndicus<\/strong> is belast met het dagelijks beheer van de mede-eigendom. Op de Algemene Vergadering is de syndicus verplicht alle bewijsstukken betreffende de vervulling van zijn\/haar taak gedurende het afgelopen jaar mee te brengen.
