Die normen dragen er toe bij het grondgebied van het Gewest te ontwikkelen en in te richten op een manier die duurzaam voldoet aan de sociale, economische, patrimoniale en ecologische noden van de gemeenschap.<\/p><p>U vindt alle nuttige informatie op de <a href=\"http:\/\/stedenbouw.irisnet.be\/?set_language=nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">portaalsite over stedenbouw van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest<\/a> (stedenbouwkundige verordeningen, CoBAT, verkavelingsplannen, verkavelingsvergunningen, &#8230;).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c6c66f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6c6c66f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Keuring van de elektriciteitsinstallatie<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48c91ca8 special-list-icons elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48c91ca8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Een niet-conforme <strong>elektrische installatie<\/strong> is een grote bron van gevaar: brandwonden, elektrocutie, brand&#8230; Net om die risico\u2019s te vermijden, publiceerde de Belgische regering in 1981 een koninklijk besluit gekend als het \u201cAlgemeen Reglement op de Elektrische Installaties\u201d (<strong>AREI<\/strong>).<\/p><p>Een eigenaar die een bewoonbare woning verkoopt, is verplicht om de <strong>elektriciteitsinstallatie te laten keuren<\/strong>.
