data-contrast=\"auto\">De registratie<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">van de huurovereenkomst<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">beschermt eveneens de rechten van de<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">huurder<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">tegenover derden,<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">inclusief wanneer<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">de woning wordt verkocht.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hij kan dus,<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">als hij dit wenselijk acht, de huurovereenkomst laten registreren maar is er niet toe
