In dit overzicht, dat <u>geactualiseerd werd in december 2022<\/u>, worden <strong>6 van de 19 operationele doelstellingen<\/strong> in de kijker gezet waarvoor Brussel Huisvesting het afgelopen jaar een belangrijke vooruitgang boekte in de realisatie ervan.<\/p><p>Deze uitgave vervangt niet de volledige beleidsbrief 2022-2023, maar wil de lezer op een snelle en overzichtelijke manier wegwijs maken in het in 2022 gevoerde beleid alsook in de acties die het bestuur in 2023 voorziet in de strijd tegen discriminatie, onbewoonbaarheid en leegstaande woningen, de hervorming van de huur- en operationele doelstellingen<\/strong>, beheerd door Brussel Huisvesting, werden uitgevoerd en bepaalt de acties die in 2023 gerealiseerd zullen worden. De brief werd, in samenwerking met Brussel Huisvesting, het Woningfonds en de Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij, <u>opgesteld in september 2022<\/u> door mevrouw Nawal Ben Hamou, de Brusselse staatssecretaris voor Huisvesting, en voorgelegd aan het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Parlement in kader van de goedkeuring van de begrotingsaanpassing 2022 en de begroting 2023.<\/p><p>De 19 operationele doelstellingen zijn een vertaling van 5 strategische doelstellingen, die overeenkomen met de actieterreinen van het <a href=\"https:\/\/nawalbenhamou.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Noodplan-huisvesting_DEF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Noodplan voor Huisvesting<\/a>:<\/p><ol><li>Het aanbod en de kwaliteit van woningen van sociale aard verhogen;<\/li><li>Het overheidsoptreden op het gebied van huisvesting verbeteren;<\/li><li>Alle huurders ondersteunen;<\/li><li>Het recht op wonen
